1. Port warehouses never close:During the holidays, our port warehouses maintain normal vehicle receiving and loading/unloading operations; goods arriving at the warehouse do not queue or get detained.
2. Pre-closure shipping tips:For cargo aiming to clear before closure, confirm in-transit nodes with your account manager 1–2 days in advance and reserve inspection and queue time; Karasu-direction customers should note the stacking of weekend closures, which lengthens the overall gap—arrange earlier.
3. Document pre-check:Pre-holiday traffic is concentrated; it is recommended to complete invoice, packing list, and customs document checks in advance to avoid missing the last clearance before closure due to document issues.
4. For urgent shipping needs, contact your Xier account manager at any time; we will track port dynamics throughout and sync opening/closing changes at the first moment.
